Pace is located in Northern Santa Rosa County which is experiencing a massive growth rate most notably in the northern portion of the County, placing it as the 8th fastest growing County in the state of Florida according to the SRC EDC. The County is also noted as being the 4th highest Median Household Income in the state of Florida. Publix Shopping Center at Five Points anchors this area just one mile north. Major housing developments currently underway include the Lakes of Woodbine (700 new homes) and Parkland (850 new homes). The County has recently completed the buildout of a new $39.8M K-8 school opening for the fall 2023 semester, serving nearly 1,200 students just north of this site.
