Building 2003 is comprised of 45,000 SF of hangar space for aeronautical use and 15,000 SF of adjacent office and storage space. The building is ideal for a maintenance repair operation (MRO), corporate flight operation, or other aeronautical user that requires direct airport access.
The hangar space is approximately 150' x 300' with 124' long and 35.1' tall center closing hangar doors. The hangar is also in close proximity to 11,891' and 8000' runways as well as our Terminal Facility and ramp.
The facility roof is brand new (replaced July 2023).
Fort Wayne International Airport (FWA) is served by American, Delta, United, and Allegiant Airlines. FWA has 12 non-stop destinations and is approximately halfway through a $160 million-dollar terminal modernization program.
