Jennings Freeway Industrial Park, of which we are the developer, is centrally positioned in the I-77 / I-480 corridor. This park, which is located directly at an interchange on State Route 176 (Jennings Freeway), is also easily accessible from I-77, I-480 and I-71. The building is only a few minutes from downtown Cleveland, Cleveland Hopkins Airport and Burke Lakefront Airport and is also less than 15 minutes from the Ohio Turnpike (I-80). We own and manage nine (9) buildings on this street and have built most of the privately owned buildings in the park. We own and manage a total of twenty-two (23) buildings located within a two-mile radius of this park and approximately 4,000,000 square feet throughout Northeast Ohio.
