The Metropolitan Flats building is located at the heavily-trafficked, highly visible intersection of Forest Park Avenue (17,471 vpd) & Euclid Avenue (4,454 vpd) which is near Forest Park, one of the nation’s largest urban parks, with 13 million visitors per year. The building also underwent a $11 million building renovation, which was completed in 2020.
