The Robert F. Kennedy Medical Center is a 274-bed hospital located on an 8-acre site in the heart of Hawthorne. Originally built in 1926, the 280,000 SF hospital has since undergone extensive renovations which includes the construction of a new 60,000 SF building built to current hospital requirements for the ER/ICU units. The site is located in a residentially dense neighborhood in close proximity to the Hawthorne Airport/SpaceX, the Forum, the new SoFi NFL stadium, LAX, and many national chain and local restaurants, with easy access to the 105 & 405 freeways.
