Space included an enclosed office/storage area of approximately 122 sq ft in the back of the space and one ADA compliant unisex restroom approximately 80 sq ft, also in the back. It has ADA compliant hi-low water fountains and a utility/mop closet with a mop sink on the floor and on-demand hot/cold running water. The front of the space has large, west-facing windows, currently with roller shades. The floors are currently wood-grain textured LVP from the front door to the bathroom area with slate-ceramic tile transition. Three ceiling fans and dimmable recessed lighting are installed.
