Krystal is an American regional fast food restaurant chain headquartered in Dunwoody, Georgia, with restaurants in the Southeastern United States and Puerto Rico. It is known for its small, square hamburgers, called sliders in places other than the Southeast, with steamed-in onions. Krystal has expanded to 10 states with nearly 300 restaurants. The city of Jackson is the state capital of Mississippi, and is equidistant between New Orleans and Memphis. The Jackson metro consists of Copiah, Hinds, Madison, Rankin, Simpson and Yazoo counties.
