Simi Plaza located on Cochran St near the intersection of Tapa St and Cochran St. The plaza consist of 3 buildings with parking in front and rear of the center. There is a nice mix of tenants that have been at the plaza for years. Near the plaza are some major food and retailers to help bring traffic to the area.
