The Ice House at Park Circle is the redevelopment of the Reddy Ice site from a crushed ice manufacturing facility to a Class A office park on Spruill Avenue. The project consists of two phases totaling ±50,000 SF of Class A office space with a 3.2/1,000 parking ratio upon completion. Phase I totaling 24,000 SF was 100% pre-leased to strong regional and national tenants prior to the completion of construction. Phase II consists of ±26,000 square feet and was 50% preleased to professional office tenants prior to the delivery of the building. Three suites remain in Phase II ranging from ±1,877 SF – ±6,772 SF.
