Crystal City Shopping Center is one of Tulsa's iconic and oldest landmarks. Originally the site of Crystal City Amusement Park which opened in the 1920's, showcased The ZINGO rollercoaster (later to be relocated to Bell's Amusement Park in Tulsa) and dance hall where Bob Wills and the Texas Playboys performed frequently.
Today, Crystal City Shopping Center merchants continue to draw customers in from historic Route 66, Highway I-244, Highway 75 and of course, the surrounding communities that make up North Eastern Oklahoma. Arnold's Old Fashioned Hamburgers (tenant) holds an 'Arnold's Annual Car Show' in the parking lot every year, bringing in many visitors. The shopping center is located on a little over 10 acres of land with plenty of parking. The total building size is ± 93,534 sf, and currently has two corner anchor spaces available for lease.
