Set in the heart of Arlington’s burgeoning Rosslyn-Ballston Metro corridor, Ballston Exchange is made up of two adjacent buildings with tremendous presence totaling over 776,000 square feet of retail and office space. Ballston Exchange is poised to anchor the rapidly evolving neighborhood with thoughtful repositioning and renovation plans that are breathing new life into the property and bringing renewed vitality to the greater community. On-site amenities include a new facade, multi-level 12-story atrium, and 867 covered parking spaces. Fronting Wilson Boulevard and two blocks from Glebe Rd, Ballston Exchange is across from Ballston Quarter and adjacent to the Ballston Metro Station (Orange and Silver Lines), which is currently being updated. This project will design and construct a full entrance at the west end of the Ballston-MU Metrorail Station. A second station entrance will improve access from the Glebe Road area and growing development in the western part of Ballston. Street-level improvements will provide transit connections, allowing for greater accessibility for all of Arlington’s residents.
