The project is a platted 22 unit townhouse subdivision with 2 additional common area parcels (24 separate assessor’s parcel numbers totaling 1.458 acres).
The planned project is for 22 two story, two bedroom plus den for sale units each with two car garages constructed in three separate buildings. There are two unit layouts which feature either 1,489 or 1,552 square feet of livable space in addition to a 469 square foot two car garage and a private 210 square foot patio for each unit.
The plans and have been reviewed with the City of Prescott. There are two site permits that were approved in 2022 that the work was not done. A conversation with Prescott Public Works on January, 2025 indicated that the permits would need to be re-approved with possible minor updates but that it did not appear that anything significant needed to be changed. Actual plans for building a model for each of the two floorplans were also approved but permits were never pulled. A cursory review also indicated that certifications might need to be updated but nothing major seemed to be needed. A public report to sell the units has not been filed. That would need to be done by a buyer after the close of escrow.
