The Horizon on level 36 is a hotel-lobby style tenant lounge with a caterers wet-bar and conferencing center overlooking the Ohio Statehouse. This suite is connected to an outdoor patio area featuring seating, tables and social activity areas all highlighting the views of the Columbus horizon. There is no charge for tenants to use this amenity during normal business hours. There will be a charge to “turn on” the space for after hours private events. The street level and 2nd floor level features the largest green walls indoors in the U.S., enhanced lighting, and a sculptural Concierge desk. There is soft seating throughout the common corridors and lobby areas. A full-scale elevator modernization of all vertical transport systems in the Building is underway.
