Canada Place is a 19-storey, brick office tower located in the heart of Calgary’s downtown core. Its location offers convenient access to banking, food, and retail services through its Plus 15 connection, as well as convenient access for vehicles from 4th and 5th Avenues. Amenities include a card access security system (on-site security staff), new roller energy efficient shades throughout the building, a new main floor and plus 15 level electronic directory signage, and a new bike storage area. Recently opened, is a new fitness facility with shower/change rooms, Tenant Lounge and Trackman Golf Simulator. Full modernization of all four elevators completed in 2016.
