4040 NCX will be a short five minute walk to the next major mixed-use development in Dallas – The Central. With Phase I of construction for The Central starting in 2020, 4040 NCX employees will soon be in close proximity to an additional 110,000 SF of retail/restaurants, 750 apartment units and 450 hotel rooms. Once completed, the 30-acre, $2.5 billion high-rise project will include 5 million SF of office, residential, hospitality, restaurant, entertainment, and retail offerings all anchored by 3.5 acres of green space.
