Renovated in 2020/2021, Plantation Village consists of a 57,000 square foot retail center, situated on 5 acres of land at the southwest corner of State Highway 288 (aka State Highway 332) and This Way Street, near the center of Lake Jackson, Texas. The Property is strategically located just south of Brazos Mall and adjacent to Dow Chemical’s new R&D facility (2,000+ employees), as well as being surrounded by numerous national and local retailers, with exposure to over 50,000 cars per day.
