Current phases of the project complete or underway include: • Woodstone at Metro North Crossing – 250-unit luxury apartments. 98% leased. - Includes 30,000sf of retail/restaurant space: - Tenants include Third Street Social (a high-end local restaurant), Thai Orchid (local Thai restaurant), HOTWORX, Bloom Nails & Spa, Select Physical Therapy, Hull House Coffee. • Woodstone Phase 2 – Breaking ground Summer of 2025. 110 luxury apartments with more retail/restaurant space (building F). At completion, will bring our total MF unit count to 360. • Macy’s Building – we acquired the building from Macy’s in May of this year and are repurposing with new tenants. A furniture concept and a kids adventure park on a portion of the upper level. • T-Shotz – 52,000 square foot golf entertainment venue that opened in October of 2020. T-Shotz has done well since opening. • Whataburger – opened December 2022. • Hawaiian Bros Island Grill – opened January 2023. • Chick Fil A – opening Fall 2025 • Dutch Bros Coffee – opened November 2023 • Andy’s Frozen Custard – Opening December 2024 • KPOT Korean BBQ and Hot Pot – Opening a 7,500sf restaurant space in January 2025. • HteaO – opening Summer 2025
