We purchased this site Feb 1st 2022 and during that time have put significant capex into the facility including new camera system, new led lighting, new gate operator/keypads/software, new website, new paint to the office building, seal coated the lot in 2022 added 32 indoor climate control units as well as 7 large door drive up units and a few more parking spaces. All of which have increased revenue by over $150k per year since we bought it.
