This space is on the corner of 39th and Main Street, the intersection is one of the most highly traveled roads in the Kansas City area. It is also on the brand new Street Car Line, and there is a stop at 39th and Main. The City is putting a huge emphasis on the new Street Car Line that is going live in March 2025. This is an absolutely beautiful space with signage and tall ceilings.
