The Heritage Office Park consists of nine buildings at Okemos Road and Bennett Road, just North of the Okemos Road exit of I-96. The park has plenty of parking with a professional atmosphere and class A buildings. With immediate access to I-96, and therefore minutes from downtown Lansing, and less than three miles from Michigan State University's campus, these assets offer incredibly convenient location and great exposure at a busy thoroughfare. The office properties are in a primarily commercial area, although there is substantial residential development off side streets. Heritage Office Park has excellent local and regional access, with an adjacent interstate access and complementary surrounding uses. Nearby amenities include government offices, hotel and convention centers, dining and shopping, and Michigan State University - one of the largest universities in the United States, with more than 50,351 students, and 13,068 faculty and staff. MSU is also home to the National Superconducting Cyclotron Laboratory which is a national user facility allowing over 1,000 scientists from all over the world to work at the center. A new $450 million McLaren Hospital campus is under construction within 5 miles of the Heritage Office Park location. Major employers in the area include the State of Michigan, General Motors, Michigan State University, Lansing School District, Meijer and Sparrow Hospital.
