4-plex consists of 2- 3 bedroom units & 2 – 2 bedrooms units. Updates over the last 2 years have been a new septic tank and drilled waterline to the outbuilding, new chlorine mixing tank, new injection pump, and new chlorine holding tank & most of the all of the heat controller valves have been replaced for the furnace system.
