Yes, the property is a Landmark, as well as a Trademark in Pahrump. The modern architecture is Tuscan Provincial incorporating old world charm. The land itself is nearly 5 acres with commercial, as well as residential abilities. It contains its own commercial vineyard with adequate water rights included to meet beneficial uses. The property is located at the south end of the community, the largest and fastest growth impact area in Pahrump. New housing developments are flourishing because our area is closest to Las Vegas. We picked this site because it is on Kellogg Road which will extend to Highway 160. LET'S VISIT THE LANDMARK: The dual gated driveways (entrance and exit), is where our “Lady of The Wine Pouring Fountain Statue, welcomes everyone. The in and out driveways run over 100 yards each through the center of the Vineyards, separated by ten-foot-wide center garden island with trees, rosemary and other shrubs and flowers. The driveway garden also contains four cast metal lamp poles, each with four fixtures to ensure safe lighting at dusk. On the outer sides of each driveway, Italian Cypress trees, majestically stand tall protecting the vines from high winds. The Cypress Trees also frames the main building site with magnificent views of Mount Charleston. PARK AND WALK AROUND IF YOU LIKE, BEFORE ENTERING THE BUILDING: There are more than enough parking spaces to accommodate guests close to the entrance, with four (4) handicapped parking locations. Visitors like to walk around the estate, including the vineyards, because of the magnificent views of the mountains that surround our valley. The entire north side of the property is wide-open for picnics and overnight stays by RV travelers. The main building’s grand entrance is an archway under the bell tower that allows visitors to walk through the plaza to the double doors and into the reception, tasting and gift shop. Visitors will notice the beautiful wrought iron gazebo, a perfect place for weddings and other events. Bistro tables and chairs adorn the entire plaza, creating an invitation to stay awhile and enjoy some wine and snacks. Visitors will also notice stage lighting and stage area in another corner area of the plaza. This is where many performers entertain during concert nights. Wineries are more than just wineries. We are multi-functional. WELCOME AND COME INSIDE: Old World Double Doors invite visitors into the tasting room & gift shop. The guests must traverse through high impulse gift items, glassware, clothing, jewelry and gift baskets. This room allows entrance into the semi-private West Tower as well as the two large, separate restrooms: One for Gentlemen and the other for Ladies. Throughout the interior, the walls are displayed with fine artwork by local artists as well as Tapestry hangings. CHECK OUT THE PRODUCTION ROOMS: As you enter the Tank Room with twenty-foot ceiling. Here is where all fermentation equipment, tanks and equipment are used when making wine. These facilities are dormant most of the time. This is a multi-functional room. Once harvest, crushing and fermentation are over, this room converts to a midsize event center, with tables and chairs. Tanks and equipment are move outside through a 12X16 slide up door. The bottling room is functional all year long, This room has an open archway entrance with bottling equipment generally in place. It also lends entrance to the East Tower which is used for private wine tastings. The entire function of the building and property is to build an increasing base of repeat customers through tourism. -Jack Viewings are by appointment with the Listing Agent Michael Lyle:702.808.6330, ACCOMPANIED the Owner.
