(“Court Appointed Receiver”) to facilitate the sale of the development site located at 238 Leighton Court, Ottawa, Ontario. The sale of this property is to be completed through the Court Appointed Receiver. The 4.23-acre site is currently improved with the former “Seours de la visitation” monastery and is now vacant.
