Twin Parks Terrace is a new affordable housing building in the Bronx located at the corner of Webster Avenue and East 183rd Street, just outside of the Little Italy area of the Bronx and within walking distance to Fordham Road, one of the borough's major shopping destinations. The development is located across the street from a New York City Housing Authority development known as Twin Parks West. The building is being constructed on a lot owned by the NYC Housing Authority. It will be a 14-story mixed use development with 182 residential units, 9,549 SF of commercial space, and 2,944 SF of community facility space on the ground floor. Project TCO is expected Q1 2023.
