The Station has upended the concept of what an office space can be, creating desirable workplaces that are safe, comfortable, and appealing. A contemporary take on Charlotte’s historic brick warehouses, Stations 3 and 4 have been designed with health and wellness in mind. Office suites range from 5,000 – 90,000 square feet. The buildings will feature private terraces, operable windows and each floor is directly accessible via an open-air staircase. Employees will have access to a tenant-dedicated fitness center with adjoining locker rooms as well as an indoor/outdoor meeting space.
