Located in the middle of the Village of Baldwinsville "four corners" on the corner of East Genesee Street (17,050 AADT) and Oswego Street (11,644 AADT). The first and second floor were fully renovated in 2016, and the third floor was renovated in 2022. A new elevator was installed in 2018 that connects to all three floors.
