This is a former spinning studio and remains equipped for physical fitness uses including Pilates, martial arts, dance and weightlifting. Given its soundproofed construction, it could be converted very easily to a recording and video production studio. It is equipped with two restrooms, a shower, sound system, six ceiling fans, weights, refrigerator and lockers. It could accommodate two simulated golf bays.
