Renovated in 2023, The Guild is a downtown coworking space just two blocks from the Bradley County Courthouse. Formerly the home of McIntire Insurance, The Guild is located next to Taylor Spring Park, where the first settlers of Bradley County found fresh water. The Guild is a place for innovators, creatives and entrepreneurs to work and build community. Come in as a member and use the shared space or get an office to grow your dreams. Shared overhead makes your downtown office more affordable and there are several office sizes in our 8,000 square feet. Rent includes Wifi and a network box and access to shared spaces. We have a community manager on duty to answer questions, clear copier paper jams, or whip up a delicious latte. We're making a schedule of events for members and guiests, to help build community.
