The Crowell Homestead, located at 35 Pleasant Street in Hyannis, is one of the few remaining original Sea Captains Properties on Sea Captains Row. Built in 1853, this heritage site, highlights Captain William Crowell’s 50 year maritime and sailing life. The original barn/stable still stands on the property and is home to a living history museum. The Alessandra Collection, housed within the museum, represents work on “the sea captains lives in conjunction with the interaction of peoples both home and around the globe.”
