This street front retail property in downtown Boston's historic Jewelry Exchange Building is comprised of 15 individual booths that can be rented either individually, or in multiples, to sell merchandise. Most tenants sell jewelry but all retail sales are welcome. We have a vendor that sells sports memorabilia and had another that sold high end eyewear for example. The booths vary in price depending on location in the store (closer to the street facing windows are more than towards the back). The space was fully remodeled in 2023, and comes with full-time onsite security, secure storage in a hidden vault, a shared kitchenette, Wi-Fi, cleaning services and all utilities.
