The Madison Development Group, is seeking an experienced, Multi-Family Developer to acquire three approved, multi-family lots located in East York's newest Mixed-Use development, Mount Zion Commons. The location is the “hole in the donut” of the York MSA’s most active retail corridor. The unique site is the largest undeveloped corner in York, County and commands a daily traffic count of over 49,000 vehicles. The development will consist of three retail pads with commitments from some of the nation’s premier retail brands including Wawa, Starbucks, First Watch and Honeygrow.
