Chase Gardens Medical Center North and South are Class A medical office buildings located at the prominent corner of Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and Garden Way in Springfield, with excellent visibility. Martin Luther King Boulevard is a major connector between Eugene and Springfield, and is the location of Autzen Stadium. Chase Gardens Medical Center North and South were built in 2006 and 2008. The Center immediately became a landmark location for some of Eugene’s most prominent doctors and medical tenants.
