The Griffin Building project is a complete redevelopment and change of occupancy of the 51,000 SF historic Griffin-Flynn Building located in the heart of Downtown Des Moines. The building has been converted into a mixed-use building with retail space at the street level, co-working office space on the second floor (skywalk level), and apartments on floors 3-6.
