The Griffin Building project is a complete redevelopment of the historic Griffin-Flynn Building located in the heart of Downtown Des Moines. Originally built in 1885 and 1906, the building is now a mixed-use building with retail space at the street level, office space on the second floor (skywalk level), and apartments on floors 3-6. The office space has large windows and high ceilings.
