The warehouse itself is NOT air conditioned, but it’s heavily insulated and new. * There is a 400 sf air conditioned office with 2 lockable office spaces, small reception area and small kitchenette…. ADA bathroom is in the warehouse area right outside the office space. * The bays are about 25’ tall…..we have LED and great natural day lighting in warehouse. * The Bay Garage door is 14’ tall. There is a regular door at the back of the warehouse for some outside storage. * We’re not doing NNN as we want to keep things simple and easy for everyone. We’re the owners and want to keep things easy and fair for all of us. * Rent is $3,750.00 per month with a 3% increase each year (to help keep up with Tax and Ins. increases).
