The 57 sites were all filled within two years of opening with riverfront now just started being marketed as it recently opened July 2024. The site features 57 established RV sites and a 24-unit riverfront expansion. Current Rates are $750-$850/monthly stays (2 Months Pre-Paid Required), $350 Weekly Stays and $55 Nightly. Rates include Power, Sewer, Water, Wi-Fi and Garbage. The main building on-site houses Office for management, laundromat, shower and restrooms and a one-bedroom apartment that rents out at $2,500 (current residents are traveling nurses and very dependable).
