Built in 1926, the Electric 308 is situated in the city center of downtown Jackson and is part of the Smith Park Architectural District Historical Register. A complete renovation began in 2004, resulting in the restoration of all 10 floors. The newly redesigned icon made its new debut as a multi-use facility offering upscale offi ces, two floors of luxury residential apartments and bottom floor retail opportunities. Electric 308 serves as the epicenter to downtown Jackson'srevitalization and a focal point of Mississippi's capital city home to a rich historical past and a diverse offering of art, culture, music, and cuisine.
