A five story historic mixed use building located in the Blue Dome district, downtown Tulsa. Featuring ground floor retail/office spaces and loft-style apartments on floors 2-5. Current tenants on the ground floor are Sona Coffee Company and Meyers Marketing. In 2016, working in conjunction with the Tulsa Development Authority, the team took possession of the former First Street Lofts building and its long-forgotten renovation.
