This building was originally a private residence and office. In 2004 it was demolished down to the basement walls and a concrete slab was added on the east side on the main level. It was totally rebuilt with energy efficiency as a high priority. The building sits on a heavily wooded lot, with concrete stairs from main street parking leading to the front entry. There are also 14 on-site private parking spaces on the west side of the building. There are large windows all across the west side of the building, giving tenants and visitors a beautiful view of the St. Croix River and dam. This building would be an excellent medical facility, office complex, or restaurant. A walking trail behind the building connects the U.S. Park Service Scenic St. Croix River Visitor's Center with the overlook deck in downtown St. Croix Falls.
