The Marine building was built in 1875. In 2015, the roof, HVAC Units, HVAC duct work, ceilings and lighting were replaced. The building features slate floors on the first floor and hardwood floors throughout the second floor. The building contains large office suites on the first floor along with three executive suites that share a conference room and coffee bar. The second floor contains 21 executive suites with a common reception area, waiting areas, along with access to three shared conference rooms and a shared kitchen.
