The building permits have been submitted in phases. Phase 1 (Excavation, Foundation and Ground Floor Construction to top of Podium) has recently been approved. Phase 2 (Super-Structure) and Phase 3 (Envelope Enclosure and Interiors) are currently under review and expected to be approved within the next 30-60 days.
