Wytheville Commons is the dominant regional retail center in the Wytheville, VA area. Anchored by both a Walmart Supercenter and Lowes Home Improvement, the center draws from a 10-mile radius with national tenants including Burkes Outlet, Dollar Tree, Petco, Hibbett Sports, Sprint and Subway. Wytheville Commons is located at 345 Commonwealth Drive, just one street off SR 21 (N 4th St.) and I-81 (exit 70), the busiest intersection in the area. Traffic counts on I-81 and Hwy 21 average 31,000 VPD and 16,000 VPD respectively. The center is easily accessible through a signalized main entrance that provides ingress and egress to and from the center for both east- and west bound SR 21 traffic and is in close proximity to I-77.
