Bridgeway Centre is a beautiful brick building on Main Street in the heart of downtown Pullman. This property is located in a high traffic area of town, with an average daily traffic count of 6,816 as of 2023. Aside from high vehicular traffic counts, downtown pullman has high pedestrian traffic as well, and it is walking distance from several restaurants, coffee shops, and retail shopping.
