Bantry Bay is a short 5 minute drive from the City of Brooks. There is a beach area and access for year round lake activities including ice fishing and boating. The lot would require a septic holding tank and a cistern for fresh water. Once the subdivision has received final approval from Alberta Land Titles the closing date will be determined. The owner would require a 10,000 deposit upon acceptance of an offer and a monthly lot lease fee would be in place in the amount of 350/month until such time as the deal closed. There is also a County of Newell tax levy for local improvements that will be assessed once the subdivision is finalized.
