Tucked away on the LA River in FrogTown, this classic bow-truss building has been retrofitted to create a unique, one of a kind creative office space. The project has a dedicated private patio that directly fronts the LA river. Running adjacent to the LA River is a paved bike path, which will allow tenants to easily use alternative forms of transportation to access the area’s local amenities. The office building is fully built out with three private offices and one conference room. The office component is part of the larger campus development, which will have new residential lofts and a retail component. The surrounding amenities include Lingua Franca, Salazar’s Mexican food, Spoke Bicycle Cafe and Wax Paper.
