295 Madison Avenue is an architecturally distinct, 47-story tower located on the southeast corner of 41st Street. The prominent office is one block walking distance from Grand Central Terminal and Bryant Park. 295 Madison provides easy access to multiple modes of public transportation. The building recently completed a comprehensive capital improvement program with a new modern, grand lobby designed by the renowned Gensler architectural firm. The improvement program also included a complete restoration of the art-deco era ornate cast iron facade, power washing of the exterior limestone surfaces, 2,000 new 6-foot high tilt and turn windows throughout, and new, modern elevator cabs. High-end pre-builts and significantly upgraded floors are planned. In 2018, this building was awarded LEED certification by the U.S. Green Building Council.
