The Landmark Oaks is located at one of the most efficient, desirable and centralized sites in Madison. The building overlooks the middle of the central Beltline running the perimeter of the city of Madison: less than 10 minutes to the Far West Side, less than 10 minutes to the Far East Side, less than 10 minutes north to the Capitol heart of downtown, and less than 10 minutes to the burgeoning residential areas of Verona and Fitchburg to the South. Has direct access off of the highway, and the world-class office tower will be visible to motorists on that road every day. The site was designed around a large oak grove park, and is bordered by lush woods, mature forests, and is one of the highest points in Dane County. The UW-Madison Arboretum surrounds the building on two sides and the views are outstanding.
