Additionally, Texas A&M University is only approximately 12 minutes away, and had an enrollment of over 72,500 in Fall 2024 making it the 2nd largest public university in the nation.
STRATEGIC ACESS TO TEXAS A&M - RELLIS
Via its quick access to Highway 21, Camber Villas is one of the best located student properties in the MSA for students attending the new Texas A&M – RELLIS campus. RELLIS, a partnership between Texas A&M and Blinn College, is the first integrated education, research and testing campus in the state of Texas. Sitting on an 1,877-acre site on the west side of Bryan-College Station, development on the campus began in 2016 and is ongoing. Classes began in 2018, and enrollment grew to approximately 3,800 by Fall 2023. It is estimated that enrollment could eventually reach 10,000 students. The campus has also experienced tremendous private sector growth, including a planned $10B semiconductor manufacturing facility by Substrate Inc.
