High St. Kitchens provides 22 private, health department approved commercial kitchens between 200 and 345 square feet. Communal storage areas are available in a shared walk-in freezer and cooler as well as shared dry storage, pick-up/delivery and fulfillment areas.
The kitchens are all rented on a monthly basis. We supply all infrastructure such as hoods, fire suppression systems, sinks, grease interceptors, heavy 3-phase power, and gas, and our operators then bring in whatever specific appliances are needed to manufacture your products.
Available kitchens are priced from $2,100 to $3,700 per month based on size. We have a blanket health permit for the facility. Our tenants register with the County Health Department as an operator at High St. Kitchens prior to move-in (This process generally takes less than two weeks). High St. Kitchens pays most utilities including water, trash, janitorial, wifi, pest control. Our tenants are responsible for just their individual gas/electric bill. All tenants have 24/7 access to the facility.
