Across the street from Fulton County pre-school, grade school, middle school and high school, this former Dollar General store is in excellent condition with a newly resurfaced parking lot, rehabbed interior, and new HVAC units. It was a successful location for Dollar General, who built a newer, larger location rather than leaving Hickman. The City of Hickman population will clearly support a grocery store / food market and the City may provide incentives. Light manufacturing and wholesale distribution would also be a good fit.
