The warehouse includes double capacity flooring as well as 4 roll up doors making deliveries a breeze! There was a small “tool shed” built inside the warehouse. There is a built-in work bench on the wall in the warehouse as well as additional office space in the very back corner of the warehouse. Inside the office you will find a main lobby just inside the front door with a restroom off to the right. To the left around the corner, you will find 4 office spaces that have doors. Just through the main lobby you will find a small waiting area or additional lobby area. To the right of the additional lobby, you will find a small breakroom area (that has the fire sprinkler system inside) and another restroom just inside the breakroom area.
